Your satisfaction is it the most important aspect of our business so we provide you with 30 (thirty) days return policy on new unopened Merchandise.

All items are guaranteed to be exactly as described. Compatibility of any product is the purchaser responsibility. Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt. If it is not what we explained in Our Listing please contact us within 15 (Fifteen) days from receiving date to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will arrange for you to send the item back for refund a 5% restocking fee apply Shipping fee and charges are part of the restocking fee and they are non refundable

After 30 (thirty) days of initial receipt by buyer NO Return will be honored or Accepted after warranty apply.

All Returns must be in resalable Unopened conditions (New Condition Complete with no missing item or accessory or packaging) to qualify for a full refund a 5% restocking fee apply Shipping fee and charges are part of the restocking fee and they are non refundable

If you are Returning an item as Used or Opened Merchandise (not in Resalable condition) with in the first 30 (thirty) days an approval is required prior to return plus a restocking fee of 10-35% that will be assets based on item and packaging conditions (based on what is missing and the outer condition of the package and conditions of the items Shipping fee and charges are part of the restocking fee and they are non refundable).

U.S. Security Solutions and our support staff are available to assist our customer in determining whether the product is defective, prior to its return. Based on the circumstances, we may be able to provide a recommended and fixes over the phone.

Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. The value of missing or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS or Federal Express

Replacement or Exchange

Regardless of the condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. When we get your item back in its original purchased condition (with all manuals, packaging, cables, accessories, etc.), undamaged, and in re-saleable condition within our posted return time we will verify your claim, refund your money or exchange the product. If a replacement for a returned item is not available, a refund will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications.

We will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item.  we do not offer advance replacement with no exemptions.  Only insured items are covered against damage / loss during shipping.

Non-Damaged/Defective, Opened/ Used Merchandise

If no Fault Found in a returned item and the item is used or open, a 10-35 % restocking fee will be assets based on item and packaging conditions and applied based on the item purchase price. Shipping fee and charges are part of the restocking fee and they are non refundable.

Please, Do Not assumes anything is included in this listing unless it is specifically stated in the listing. Sometimes, a human error does happen and we ship a wrong item. In such event, If the item is of similar / or higher value than item purchased, the buyer may choose to accept the item. If the wrong item is less in value than item purchased, buyer may choose to: Accept the item and the difference in value will be refund, or Send the wrong item back to the seller (at Buyer cost) and wait for Seller to send the right item (at Seller cost), or Return the entire package to the Seller (at Buyer cost) and Seller will issue a refund according to the payment initially received.

Buyer should contact the Seller within 7 (Seven) days from date of wrong item received

Shipment Refusals


All refused shipments are subject to a 5% restocking fee or more. Please note once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be modified or cancelled. If the shipment is refused a restocking fee will apply. S&H charge is non refundable.

Warranty Service

Defective items will be repaired or replaced for the duration of  the first  years on all DVR & all cameras starting from the day of purchase unless otherwise stated (Please review our RMA Policy for more information).

All Hard Drives caries 1 (One) to 2 (Years) years manufacture warranty.

DOA (Dead On Arrival) product will be immediately repaired or replaced by U.S. Security Solutions during the first 7 (Seven) days from our invoice date. If U.S. Security Solutions can not repair or replace the item promptly, you will have the option to take a similar product at equal value or Full Refund Original, unmarked packaging is required

Shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns are subject to our RMA Policy

Off warranty service will be provided at $50 per hour for labor, plus parts and shipping cost.

RMA Request Policy

All return products must have an RMA number or the return will be refused at our warehouse.

Please call Customer Care at 508-967-0741 Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm, ET, via E-mail at Support@USSecuritySolutions.net or use our Online Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping the product back to U.S. Security Solutions Warehouse.

This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing. A tracking number is required for all RMA

An RMA Authorization number MUST be obtained PRIOR to returning any product. Customer and product information is required to process an RMA. Please phone or fax for your RMA request to obtain an RMA number which will valid for 7 days. The RMA number does not guarantee that you will receive warranty service, replacements or that credit will be approved. Returns not compliant to the appropriate procedures will be returned to you, freight collect. We will not accept a product that is returned not in original packaging, marked, or physically damaged. 
Enclose your RMA number(s) with your shipment.

NOTE: Shipments to U.S. Security Solutions must be prepaid to our warehouse with the RMA number on the label as well as a note or copy of the RMA email included in the packaging. Product that has been deliberately marked by the customer(s) for ID purposes will not be accepted for replacement. We recommend a small, easy-to-remove sticker be utilized for ID purposes, to show invoice number, invoice date, etc.  

Inquiries
When making inquiries always refer to your RMA number. Please allow us at least 14 (Fourteen) days, following receipt, to process the returns
